Celine Dion has taken to social media to issue a firm warning to fans regarding the proliferation of AI-generated content imitating her musical performances.

The Canadian star has recently been the focus of several clips that replicate her musical style or modify her voice, with some even claiming to feature new songs attributed to her.

Celine last released original music in 2019 with her studio album, Courage, and has not produced any new song since then due to her decision to step back from public life following her diagnosis of Stiff Person Syndrome.

"Please be advised that these recordings are fake, not approved, and do not belong to her official discography" Her team Clarified.

While Celine, known for hits like "Because You Loved Me," has made a few appearances in recent years, including a performance at the Summer Olympics in Paris last year, she is currently focusing on her recovery before returning to the music scene.

She explained her health challenges, recalling, "It would go really high, and then it would spasm. As a singer, your first step is to see an ENT specialist." Despite examinations revealing nothing wrong with her vocal cords, she ultimately continued her tour but began to experience difficulties, stating, "I started having a hard time walking. I was holding on to things."

Celine was diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic. Reflecting on this experience, she said, "When the pandemic arrived, I thought to myself, the universe makes no mistakes. I decided to use this time as an opportunity for introspection." After years of feeling like she was playing "hide-and-seek" with herself and her loved ones, she was ready to prioritize her well-being.

Upon receiving her diagnosis, Celine expressed a sense of relief, saying, "It may sound strange, but when I was diagnosed, I felt happy. I could finally begin to navigate my journey with clarity."

she  emphasizes on the necessity of respecting artists' rights and ensuring they receive fair compensation for their creative work.
