A 26-year-old Nigerian man, Motasem Al Manaseer, was arrested for motorcycle theft after causing a disturbance outside a convenience store in Chumphon, Thailand. Police were called to the scene due to reports of his erratic behavior. Upon arrival, they discovered that he was wanted for stealing a motorcycle in a nearby district, as his description matched that of the suspect. Following the arrest, police confiscated the stolen motorcycle along with 16 other stolen items found hidden on it. Al Manaseer was then taken to the Chaiya police station for further legal proceedings.
